Subject: let the countdown begin
Iain has arrived safely in Kabul (although he is exhausted).
He tells me that his flight from "the middle" will be leaving on Friday Feb 6. They will likely get here late in the evening so we are telling
the boys that he will be home on Feb 7. If we see him on the 6th it will be a bonus. Anyway for our purposes the countdown is now at
25 sleeps.

Just to let you know that I've arrived safely at camp. The weather is nice here, and there is no snow on the ground. The trip was long
but uneventful.
I will be home on 6 Feb, although it may be 7 Feb before I'm free of the arrival process. That is just over three weeks away from now,
so I'll see you all pretty soon!
